    White Chocolate Fudge with Pistachios and Cranberry

    In this White Chocolate Fudge with Pistachio and Cranberry, White chocolate paired with crunchy pistachios with addition of tart cranberries. These little bites are surely addictive.

    White Chocolate Fudge with Pistachios and Cranberry

    The ingredients you will need:

    White Chocolate Chips
    Roasted and salted Pistachios
    Condensed Milk
    Dried Cranberries
    Butter or Pam Spray

    Step by step instruction:

    Microwave Chocolate Chips and Condensed Milk together at 30 second intervals. Each time bring the bowl out and mix the Chocolate Chips and Condensed Milk together.

    Keep repeating until you have nicely mixed Chocolate Chips with Milk.
    In the same bowl, add chopped Pistachios and chopped dried Cranberries.

    Take a 9X13 dish and line it with Parchment Paper or Butter paper. This step is essential to make sure the Fudge doesn't stick to the dish.

    Spread evenly on the Parchment lined dish.

    Refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Cut squares or any other shape as desired

    Swap Pistachios with Almonds or Walnuts
    Swap Cranberries with dried apricots

    Ingredients

    • 20 oz White Chocolate Chips
    • 1 Cup Roasted and salted Pistachios
    • 1 Can Condensed Milk 14 oz Can
    • 1 Cup Dried Cranberries
    • ½ Tbsp. Butter or Pam Spray

    Instructions

    • In a large microwavable bowl, combine Chocolate Chips and Condensed Milk together.
    • Microwave for 30 seconds, take out and mix the Chips and Milk
    • Microwave for another 30 seconds. Again, take out and mix. The mixture should be uniform in texture.
    • If Chocolate Chips are not melted then microwave for 20 seconds and repeat as needed
    • Add chopped roasted and salted Pistachios and chopped dried Cranberries
    • Line a 9x13 dish with parchment paper or wax paper
    • Spread evenly on the Parchment lined dish.
    • Refrigerate for 2 hours
    • Cut squares or any other shape as desired. Cut smaller squares. Due to the sweetness these are best enjoyed in small bites.
