For the Crust:
Oreo cookies – Powdered Oreo cookies make an excellent base for the dessert cups
Butter – Melted butter will set beautifully to form the crust
For the Cheese mixture
Heavy cream - also called as full cream or use whipping cream
Cream cheese – I used Philadelphia Cream Cheese but use whichever you like
Powdered Sugar -
Oreo Cookies– Powdered and strained
For the Topping:
Whipping cream and Powdered Sugar Or Feel free to use store bought. Save some time.
Few crushed Oreos and few whole Oreos

Step by step instructions to make this Oreo based dessert:
Prepare the Crust:
Open the Oreo cookies and remove the inside cream and keep aside.
In the Blender, blend the cookies minus the cream.
Strain the powdered cookies through strainer to make a smooth Cheesecake mixture.
Melt the Butter in Microwave. I usually use Microwave at 50% power and first melt for a full minute and then 30 seconds each time until the butter is fully melted while checking in between the intervals.
Mix the powdered Cookies and the Butter together.
Press this mixture at the bottom of each cup. This makes a crust.

Prepare the Cheesecake mixture:
In a stand mixer, add Cheese and Whipped cream and mix at medium speed. Once mixed in, add Powdered Sugar and Vanilla extract. Mix well at high speed until firm peaks form.
You have an option here. If you do not like your desserts to be too sweet the above procedure is enough. If you like those to be on the sweeter side then add the Oreo cream that we removed at the beginning of the recipe. Mix well.

Fill the Cheese cake mixture in a pastry bag or a Ziploc bag. Cut a corner of the Ziploc bag or use whichever piping tip you like.
Pipe the cheesecake mixture over the Oreo crust.
Use the toppings of choice and serve chilled or room temperature.
